At Luxus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home investment. If your purchase doesn't perfectly complement your space, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Luxus account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the exterior of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
